What is NEI therapy? Explanation, benefits and experiences

“NEI therapy online – emotional healing and balance”.
Introduction
Many people struggle with emotions or physical complaints they can’t fully understand. Maybe you recognise this: you feel stress, insecurity or pain, but your mind can’t make sense of it. This is where NEI therapy can help.

NEI stands for Neuro Emotional Integration: a gentle method that helps you release blocks and unresolved emotions, without reliving trauma.


What exactly is NEI therapy?
NEI therapy combines insights from neuroscience, psychology, kinesiology and Chinese medicine. The core idea: your subconscious knows exactly what is blocked and what is needed to heal.

Using a biotensor, the therapist asks questions to your subconscious. This reveals:
•    Which emotion or belief is stuck.
•    When it originated (for example in childhood or through inherited patterns).
•    What is needed to release it.

You don’t need to retell your full story or relive painful memories.

How does a session work?
A session usually lasts 60 minutes and can be done online via Zoom or WhatsApp. With the biotensor, I guide you step by step through the process. All you need to do is be present and open.
